I've used Ken twice - once for a house in Murrieta and once for a house in Temecula. Both times, Ken was punctual, professional, and extremely flexible to my situation! Ken's a very straightforward guy - pricing is available on his website, and he responds usually the same day you contact him with either questions or to schedule your inspection. He'll send you a confirmation email for your appointment which you can send to your agent so everyone's on the same page. Both of my inspections ran about an hour and a half to two hours long, with Ken taking pictures and tedious notes for the reports. Both times before he left, Ken gave me a run down of the more egregious items that needed attention so I'd now what to look for in the report. Ken is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of the home inspection, and I am fully confident in his expertise for my home buy.
