I reached out to Ken to schedule a a home inspection and sewer line scope. He was immediately able to fit me on the schedule a couple days out.
Ken and Cole arrived early to start the inspection. As Cole set up the sewer scope, Ken was setting up the drone to inspect the roof. Cole was very informative in showing me what they look for in the sewer lines.
They both then did a thorough inspection of the rear of the home, grabbing my attention when needed.
The entire experience was very educational and efficient. Ken sent me the report on Monday morning — clearly he worked on it over the weekend knowing I wanted to get through inspections promptly!
