I had an appointment with her at 4:00PM. There were two more women hair she was doing during my time. I did not leave her shop until 8PM. I asked for a silk press and she damaged my beautiful natural , she used a hot comb and kept burning me the entire time. Normally the stylist would clip your ends as well, she didn’t even clip my ends either.
Don’t waste your time with these people. They tell you one price then day of appointment cancels but tells me colleague would do the same thing. However colleague jacks price up 30 minutes before the appointment. Crooked.
