These guys were great. Sent a text with a picture of the skylight to them at night. They responded quickly, we agreed on a price and they were going to text me the following day to let me know if they had the skylight in stock. My week was busy so I was bracing myself for a scheduling challenge. Instead, the next day, while I was on errands, they texted me to let me know that they had finished installing the skylight and requested I mail them a check. Are you kidding me? Easiest and most convenient home repair I've ever had done! Also, within a week of having the repair done, we had two decent sized downpours and there has been no leaking. Thank you!
Skylights Steve and his sidekick Gus are quick to respond and get the job done. I was scheduled to have them come out toward the end of the week, but they called early and asked if I was free this evening. I told him that I was available and they came and installed two skylights very quickly and professionally. These are the types of experiences I wish I had with all contract work. These guys are the best in the business!
The guys were on time and extremely personable and professional. Said they'd be done in about 2 hours and were done in about 1 1/2. SHOWED me what was wrong with the old skylights and explained what would be the benefits we would get in having replaced them. The amount of light that the new ones let in made the inside of the house look completely different. 33 years of working together showed why they are the guys to go to! Would recommend them to anyone!
