I called to ask politely for a refund, I had my eyebrows tinted and I have orange hair! Ona my eyebrows are BLACK! The girl did apologize and she said well a lot of people like it and I have a lot of customers so call back. She said it’s not a guaranteed service that you would like it! I said regardless I am walking around with Blk eyebrows and I have orange hair and I have an important event coming up! She is a very nice girl but bad buisness to not refund my $ 29.00! My daughter just went to this place for servicing. The only worker there (Ana) refused to provide my daughter with services. Ana told my daughter, "I will not work on you." Both of my daughters have been coming to this place for several years and have never disrespected anyone. This is unbelievable!!! How could a person work in customer service and take their aggression on a respectful and loyal customer? We will be filing a formal complaint with the City of Oceanside's Better Business Bureau.

I use to go to brow experts because the lady there was friendly and knew how to do them. I recently moved and she left :/ so I’m trying new places. This is my first time coming here and I think she took out too much from under my eyebrow so it looks kind of curved instead of straight. I will not be coming back here.
