Ive had the pleasure of attending a sound bath with Kyra, and her guided meditation truly elevated the entire experience. Her presence and voice brought such grounding, peace, and intention to the space, it was beautiful.
Ive also attended Reiki Level 1 with Erin, and she is truly magnetic. Such a radiant and nurturing teacher. Her energy, wisdom, and ability to hold space made the learning experience both empowering and deeply healing.

My reiki sessions with Kyra are always wonderful! Her energy work on me has led to some amazing transformations in my life. The group classes also feel just as intentionally planned, and are so grounding. Highly recommend this studio!
