We are so fortunate to have such a skilled and experienced masseuse here in Lake County. Like many folks, I haven't put my body or mind first and I suffer the consequences. Painful knees, hips, back and shoulders with impaired range of motion were no match for her knowledge. She has improved my quality of life and I am motivated to continue to stretch those most impaired areas between appointments.
It's sometimes referred as lazy yoga. If yoga is your goal she is a safe, healthy start. I can focus on my mind and let go of control of my body. I know I'm in good hands ?
Ladies... If your neck, shoulders, hips and back are so tight,( bad knee injury- knee was knee soup- multiple tears in the meniscus, grade 3 sprains ALC, LCL and MCL torn interior horn etc) that you have lost your will to live... GO SEE Supreeya! Do not let her slight frame fool you- ; ) Her hands are strong on knotted muscles. that are so tight they feel like concrete. Motrin did NOTHING. She is highly intuitive, with a sweet spirit and you know instantly you are literally in good hands. I had (what felt like chronic) pain in my neck, back, shoulders and down to my elbow. After 4 days I really needed some relief! I decided to give this place a try after two other places let me down. I immediately felt the difference after my session! I even noticed my shoulders sitting back a little more (vs. hunched forward a bit). Supreeya is one of the sweetest & most caring therapists I've ever met. She radiates positivity and truly wants to help you feel better. She is small but mighty! .. and she will find all your knots in every nook and cranny you never knew existed.
