I recently brought a dress and a coat into Ritz for dry cleaning this weekend. When I picked it up and got home, I realized I forgot to ask if they could replace a missing button that kept popping off (maybe the round shape of it?). While looking at my dress, I realized they had replaced it with a button that was the same wine red color as my dress, which I very much appreciated! It was also a flat normal button which I’m hoping doesn’t come off as much as the smooth, round fabric button from the designer.
