Vanessa, John, and Meghan are praised by patients for their exceptional care. Vanessa is described as "heaven-sent," as she listens well and asks questions about the patient's feelings. John is considered the "best physical therapist" for his ability to help patients get better, educate them, and adapt the therapy as needed. Meghan is recognized for her high level of knowledge and expertise, providing immediate relief and giving the patient helpful homework. The facility also has a friendly and welcoming assistant, Frances, and a warm receptionist, Marlene, who contribute to the overall positive experience at Rancho Physical Therapy.
Highly recommend. The therapists are incredibly good at what they do. I have severe neck & lower back injuries, and a torn meniscus. Meagan works on each area, listens to my input, and has made my issues bearable. My husband has gait issues and has been helped by Maricsa. Every one of the employees are kind, caring, and great at their job. They also have equipment to teach us how to workout when we're home.
You won't be disappointed.
Rancho PT is absolutely the best!!! I've had MAJOR back surgery and have been to a different PT which I was not happy with at all. Once I stepped into Rancho they welcomed me and listened to me with everything going on. Marla at the front desk making appts with a huge smile to Marcia and Tyler PA assistants helping with exercises full of positive energy to Roy and Meghan the Physical Therapist that help you understand what's going on after your surgery....sending you home with your exercises and explaining to you what the exercises will do for you in the long run. Meagan, Roy and the entire front office are simply the best. They are very skilled at releasing tight muscles and giving the exercises that actually work to stabilize that area. I had bilateral hip replacement. They helped me sooooo much to alleviate my pain and give me the tools to recover fully. I haven’t found a better place.
