Really glad I trusted the reviews. My hard drives were failing and I was sure I had lost a painful amount of data. I called pretty late in the afternoon, but he still took the appointment and spent several hours combing through my hard drives and data recovery files to put my mind at ease. He also literally cleaned everything (my computer had been sitting idle for a long time) and gave me advice on how to upgrade my setup. Class act, fantastic customer service, and extremely affordable. Thank you again!
