This boxing lesson for kids was outstanding! The instructor was patient and focused on teaching essential techniques while ensuring a safe environment. My child left with improved skills and newfound confidence. Highly recommended!

This place is beautiful and clean! I come all the way from the South Bay to train Muay Thai with Coach Zac. I’ve been to Thailand a few times to train and training with Zac is the closest you’ll ever get or even better. He very knowledgeable and attentive to each of his students . If you’re looking for technical real style Muay Thai come check them out.
