Called at 9am and by 10:30 there was a plumber in my house hard at work. One garbage disposal needed replacing but the other one just needed an expert touch. Competent, polite, knowledgeable and expedient...what more can you ask for?

We are fans! The main pipe from our house to the city line was clogged, on a Friday before a huge storm was about to roll into the area. Called them in the morning and a plumber was out at the time they estimated. Price was super amazingly reasonable, and the work was done quickly. Great customer service and our plumber was really courteous and professional. This is the second time I have used them, and you can count me as a loyal customer. There's lots of competition out there, but NCP is definitely our top drawer choice.
