I was referred to this company by my realtor. I looked at his Yelp reviews and I should have listened. This has been my worst experience with a termite company! Edmanuel did not follow thru with the agreed dates, he also subcontracted the work to another company and had no clue what was going on with my property. The subcontractor came out a day earlier than scheduled and I had to leave my house on a minutes notice. My house was tented and Edmanuel thought the house was scheduled another day. He was horrible at communicating with me. The only time he actually communicated was to ask for payment. The sellers we bought our home from used them for closing, they left a huge mess! The parts of the deck that they said they would replace was only patched up with Bondo and nails were used instead of deck screws. They painted the deck and left paint splatter every where. When tried to get them to come fix it they said it wasn't in their contract (| sent them the contract to prove them wrong). Now they won't answer calls or text.Services: Termite extermination

I needed to replace my fascia boards and entry beams so I reached out to a good friend for a recommendation. After the initial consultation with North County Pest MGMT, I signed the contract. The price was fair. It took 4 days and the workers were professional, detail oriented and finished on time. We received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. I plan to do additional upgrades/repairs and will definitely contract them again.
