During the estimate we walked around the whole house and agreed on what I was requesting e.g. windows, dusting, counters, floors et cetera. I scheduled my first cleaning and the amazing Betsy arrived on time and was sweet as pie. She met my 7 month old puppy, who jumped all over her, with smiles. From the day we met and hired Roxy- we have never looked back!! She does an impeccable job, happy to do reasonable requests, and it's been now almost 2 years of getting our house cleaned once every 4-5 weeks. We like using nontoxic (when possible) and she is happy to use our products and will recommend and ask when she wants to use something more concentrated for a certain situation. Roxy has become like family to us and we truly love her- my daughter gets so excited when miss Roxy comes to visit :). Couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you Roxy!

I called them a spoke with the owner, Roxanne, on Thursday. She came by that afternoon to give me a bid. I needed a deep cleaning and then monthly afterward. On the following Monday, Betsy came and made my home sparkle. No other cleaner has ever done such a great job. I am so thankful to have found this company and have booked my monthly appointment for next month.
