I had a great experience working with pelvic floor physical therapists Emily and Lisa. Their expertise and guidance through functional exercises helped me build pelvic floor strength and coordinate my breathing to calm my bladder. At each session, they listened to my concerns and offered practical suggestions that noticeably improved my symptoms. I felt supported and empowered throughout the process, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy.
It's an incredible feeling to be pain-free and have increased mobility after many months of not being able to move freely and without pain. My team of physical therapists have contributed their collective knowledge and experience toward my plan of recovery, and it's working! I feel that they hear me and support me during each visit.
