We have used Newland Construction on two of our preschool renovation projects. These jobs involved relocation of building walls, ceilings, major plumbing and electrical work. On both of these projects I went out to 2 other contractors for estimates. Newland Constructions estimate was by far the most reasonable. Ryan Newland is the owner of the company, He is a very honest, reliable, hard working individual who goes the extra mile to get a quality job done. Ryan has a great workforce and was able to handle all aspects of the project, including working cohesively with my architect, the city and working to a very tight time frame, These projects involved working weekends, evenings and during school closures to bring the jobs in on time and at the agreed price. I have worked with many contractor of all trades over the last decade, some good ones, lots of cowboys and unreliable’s. I can highly recommend Newland Construction as one of the good ones. I personally wouldn’t consider using any other contractor in the San Diego and Orange County Area.
