We had a wonderful experience here. The facility was clean and comfortable with a kind and professional staff. Hailey was fantastic. We appreciate her thoughtful concern for a teen girl's first bikini. She is professional and I can tell she is good at what she does because my daughter didn't even flinch. We will definitely be back for my 3 other daughters and myself! It’s not everyday you find a wax place you instantly like as this one. Thank you

This was my first time visiting Natura Spa and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly but Hayley did her big one with me. She was very efficient, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend Natura Spa
