My first visit to a Chiropractor for an adjustment to help realign my pelvis/hips as I was compensating on one leg for months and screwed up my posture. This was a recommendation by my Physical Therapist, so thankful to have her multidisciplinary approach (Dr Ilana Tunca from My Physio for life in Oceanside) and wonderful to find out Dr Perry also collaborates with my acupuncturist, Dr. Choi at Wave Q down the road.
