Mark was very punctual and did a fantastic job!! He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend his services; especially because he has been doing this for 40 plus years and he’s not a big chain company!!!
Got Mark's ad in the mail. I called several carpet cleaning companies and all changed their quote in less than a minute, bait and switch. Not Mark. The carpets were cleaned according to the ad and the work performed was excellent, professionally done, and time-efficient. I highly recommend Mark's company. If you need your carpets cleaned, go to Mar'k's first. You will not regret it. By the way, I never post anything about any company on Yelp. It takes a lot to get me to write something positive.
Let me start by saying that we have had the same carpet in our house since 1982. We have used Mark and his services many times and are consistently pleased with how our carpets turn out after his cleaning. We had used other, more expensive carpet cleaning services in the past, and they were not as thorough. Mark is friendly and asks what is going on with your carpets before starting. We love his prepaid program as well, which helps us budget. Mark can usually come out within a few days. We will always utilize his services
