After months of reaching out to 4-5 companies trying to get a percolation test done for my property to know if I could build an ADU on it, I found Marc. These other companies did provide the service I needed, but either never responded or never followed up after numerous attempts to schedule with them. I called Marc at about noon on a Fri and by the end of business that day he had already spent an hour of research and provided me with more info than any of the others and advised steps to move forward. Marc was clearly an experienced professional, very nice to speak with, he knew exactly what I needed and had options on the most cost effective way to move my project forward.
