Long review incoming

This is my first ever review but had to be said. Let me preface this with I’ve been coming here since 2019 so I’d like to believe I’m pretty well versed in how this shop is ran

First the pros: Sam is cool. He’s the barber furthest from the door with a middle Eastern accent. Probably their best barber. Kinda has a non approachable demeanor but it’s fine with me. Also everytime I’ve gone here the past 5 years it’s been pretty clean which isn’t the case with all barbershops. Their bathroom is always clean and everything smells nice.

I have been going to this barber for 5 years and at first they were great, but have progressively gotten worse. There’s only one good barber left, customer service has fallen off, and their price isn’t cheaper than the other places but does not offer the same quality of service.

The dark-haired girl who is always there with her angry face and also her very bad haircuts. For years she had cut my hair there but I won't go back again. The last time she cut my hair she left it as if I had been bitten by ants. ? the place is not recommended
