“About six years ago, my friend and I hosted an engagement party for my daughter. She had her dress altered here and asked me to pick it up before closing the day before the party. Of course, in the chaos of party prep, I completely forgot—and realized it after 5 pm when the store was already closed. I panicked.

I looked through the window and saw the husband and wife sitting in the back of the shop. I ran around to the back and practically begged them to let me get the dress. They were unbelievably kind and opened up just so I could pick it up after closing.

Thanks to them, my daughter had her dress, the party was beautiful, and a potential disaster was avoided. I will always be grateful for their compassion and understanding. This is the kind of kindness you never forget. Highly recommended!“

I had the company pick up from my front porch, & I picked up myself on Sunday since they don’t offer delivery Sundays. Karen went above and beyond, she loaded my bags in the bin, pushed it out to my car for me and she loaded the back. My hands were full with my baby & she was so kind and helpful.
