I contracted Landers Electric for an electric panel replacement in Santee. After speaking to around 5 or 6 different local electricians, I decided to go with Stephan. The major deciding factors were Stephan's extensive knowledge, prompt responses, and honest pricing. It was honestly a pleasure to work with him at every stage of the process from the initial phone calls to post installation. He laid out every step of the way and him and his team completed all the permitting work with SDGE and City of Santee. He has great referrals for stucco repair as well.

Excellent service. They took great care of us, fixed our issue and a 2nd issue while at our house. Professional, quick and clean. He also fielded all our questions and sketched a diagram of our issue. We live in San Marcos and our house is 1970 build. It is great to find a solid contractor that I trust to keep in my address book.
