Always helpful and professional employees and very clean store. I go in grumpy and white as a ghost and leave happy with nice color. Love when they have customer appreciation days! XO
The gals are SO nice!! Wish the beds were in a bit better condition. The bronzing bed won't let you reduce facial light so I bring a shirt to cover when I'm done and the sun angel no longer has a body scanner for personalized tan. But I still go because of the staff and how clean and cared for the place is! And never any wait!
Love this salon, it’s always clean and the managers and salon consultants have been so kind and friendly and more than helpful if a problem ever comes up! I apologize about my previous comment and understand the girl with the bad customer service to which caused all the problems was from the Encinitas salon as I like many others have had a horrible experience at that salon with those girls.
