I wanted to LOVE this location as it is so convenient! The atmosphere was missing customer engagement. Staff were more interested in themselves and their conversations. I tried to initiate… it’s a fair amount of time to just sit there. Does anyone want to develop client relationships so you would get return business?
Maybe it was an off day. Maybe they already have a lot of clients and do not need more? I will try another Happiness store location near Jefferson that I friend shared with me.

This is a little late review, and I am sorry to say that I did not get my pedicurist's name. I had a great experience, a wonderful job. Everyone was kind and very polite and very clean facility. This was a gift from my sweet daughter. I plan on a return visit very soon.

Although my pedicure looks nice, however the customer service was sorely lacking. They never greeted my mother next to me and they talked to each other and giggled and pointed at other customers.The instruments didn’t appear to have been sterilized.I had to retrieve our shoes and put them on ourselves.For what you charge it could be more professional and customer friendly.Service: Pedicure
