I have been coming in to this location from while back. Hana would do my nails and she was very good with nails designs, very detailed oriented and friendly. They also do waxing and pedicure. Sometimes service is good and sometimes not so much, so it’s hit and miss sometimes. Van is pretty good with pedicures most of the time but does not seem to speak much English so it’s hard to communicate sometimes. They carry drinks on their menu but do not ever offer them to the customers for some reason. This last time i went in for pedicure It was really cold at the spa with the door open and water cold. I've had really mixed experiences here - the staff is very nice and the pedicures have turned out nice, but specialty manicures have been more of a problem. Twice I've gone and asked for a dip gel mani and without asking me if I wanted something else, they just started giving me a different type of product. When I interrupt and reiterate that I want a dip manicure, I'm told it's too late to change it. One time I ended up with a hard gel base and color gel topcoat and the other time I literally received acrylic. Both times the manicure chipped immediately (literally in the parking lot). If you found a ring in the parking lot area on Wed 6/26 please call the salon and share your contact information. My sister lost a special ring and the helpful folks at Gem Nails told her someone came in asking if anyone had lost a ring but unfortunately they did not leave contact info. The ring was a graduation present and it would mean so much to her to get it back. Thank you!
