This is NOT a Whirlpool authorized repair shop and they have limited resources for parts. I was told they charge $89 service call which would be applied to the repair. The repairman, Alex, came out and determined that the dryer control module was bad. He thought the repair might be very pricey, $600-$700!! He said he would call back with an estimate after finding the part. I heard nothing for a week and when I followed up I was told the part was no longer available. The dryer is only 1.5 years old.After some additional research I found that the control module IS available directly from Whirlpool for $90. Great work, we had a very positive experience.
The technician was super friendly and knew his work. He diagnosed the fridge fast. Our refrigerator is working good.Thanks god he fixed it the same day. We had just gone grocery shopping and the fridge was full.
