I went in Tuesday for a walk in. Service was okay. Customer service could improve. 48 hours after getting serviced I noticed I have contact dermatitis. This could have been avoided by acrylic and monomer being left on my skin. She also didn’t use sterilized tools nor new un used hand files. Was wanting to give hope on this place but I will not be back and will have to go to a dermatologist now for this.

I went in to get a pedicure. The women that did it looked middle aged. She was excessively cutting my cuticles on my toe and I literally moved my foot back and looked at it and said that it hurt and she had absolutely no concern, didn’t even say a thing. She also never asked me if I was okay during the pedi at all. My friend came along with me and they said it would be a 15 min wait. It took them 30 minutes to start my friends manicure and told the other clients coming in it would be a 15 min wait everytime which was a lie. Do not recommend.

You can tell the old reviews weighing down the rating is impacting business. I made an appt here for a mani pedi with my daughter. Place is well decorated inside and service was top notch.
