First of all, I have had my previous barber for over a decade so I believe in loyalty, with that being said, it took me over a couple years of test trialing to find Khalif. He's not one to sit there and be quick, so if you want quick, go somewhere else. If you want someone to take their time, pride themselves in their work, and bend your ear, he's your dude. I went in the first time with an open mind. My second time, he got me damn near perfect, I say it like that, because anyone who knows about your relationship with a barber knows it's going to take at least 5 cuts to get things dialed in. Khalif waited around early evening for us after making an appt, we were so late. Yikes! We wanted to try the best of the best barber. He did not disappoint. Only thing I regret is not taking a pic so you can see the proven results. As to negative comments below, in regards taking "homies" before you. Yeah, that's what happens when you are a loyal customer, make appts and/Or tip really well. Something I'm sure you didn't think of instead of going elsewhere (n bro u shoulda) and being spiteful to crew for wanting to take a bite to eat for energy!

Save yourself some time if you are looking for a great barber in Oceanside. I found Khalif a few months ago and by far one of the best on North County. He is an OG who takes pride in getting your cut right. I have been to several of the top barber shops and by far one of the best and getting your fade right. Go check out City Kutz for your next fresh cut.
