For past visits, I would rate CTS with a 5. Our past two visits, the only customer service person was tied up for over 30 minutes with one customer. We left without being helped. Went to Rayo Flooring for immediate attention.
Ceramic Tile Supply was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The entire team was very considerate and supportive. They were knowledgeable and their prices are very competitive and reasonable. Love the small family vibe. We'll absolutely be back again!
