Axis was called out to fix our refrigerator after our home warranty provider's first attept through a different service provider failed.
Dmitry from Axis came in and solved the 3 problems we were having within about 1 hour.
No nonsense and straight forward.
Pavel Ponov, did a great job at fixing our washer, he was fast and efficient with great customer service. I’m so glad we had our washer fixed, the way he fixed it was so quick, his skill was fast and he did a great job I’m so happy with his work, that our washer is back in action. frigidaire water leak/ice build up on fan/motor. repairman was on time, left no mess, repair was done in 10 minutes or less. im impressed. im an old grouchy white man and usually leave 1 star for everybody. This is the best repair experience ive ever had.
