Bill is the man!! I called Bill frantically the day before I needed to vacate my rental unit due to mold and Bill came in the following morning (on a Saturday) to give my house the inspection. This situation has been very stressful and Bill's calm temperament and genuine care made me feel at ease and as if he had all the time in the world for me and my situation. I could have not been more happier than to work with Bill at AMI. He is very professional and went above and beyond to help us out at my mother's 55 and over place in San Marcos at Woodland Village. The property manger there has been a nightmare trying to hide mold and I hired Bill myself since nothing was being done. I had to act quickly because my mom has stage 4 COPD. He was very thorough and honestly I could not have asked for better service. I was VERY impressed. I highly recommend him and he does A+ work. You never know what kind of service you are going to get these days and if you are considereing a mold service I would go with Bill at AMI.
