What can I say, Don is a class act through and through. Honest, hardworking, knowledgable and more than reasonable. He spent over an hour on the phone with me outlining how I should redo my network including following up with links to items I could purchase on my own if I wanted or that he would be happy to provide if I preferred. The price he charged me did not include any of this extra work. The result from his excellent on site work, planning and direction is that I went form a practically unusable network to one that is fantastic for an incredibly reasonable price.
