We are beyond blessed to have been paired with A plus the American homeshield. Words can’t even describe their professionalism and their genuine desire to help. As a mom of 4 with a broken washing machine, you can only imagine the struggle. They call me early the next day after they were assigned- came to the house within hours and got my machine up and running in no time. We are forever grateful. Thank you Tom and Sharon for being the greatest!

My cleaning lady cleaned my stove top and the pilot wouldn't stop making the clicking noise. It sounded like the pilot was constantly trying to light. Of course I thought we were going to blow up from a Gas leak. Thankfully i was working remote and immediately called A+ Appliance. We used A+ a few years ago and same as before, Greg answered my call and said he was in the next town over and was at my house in 30 mins. Thankfully it was a quick fix, but while he was here he took a look at my other pilots and did a bit of cleaning. Great work and he's a great guy ! Extremely knowledgeable on all make and models of stoves and refrigerators. The cost for repairs and how quickly he came out to fix was great ! This is the only appliance repair company I will work with.

I'm surprised at the low rating! This is the 2nd time they have come to my home and resolve my appliance issues when the other companies struggled and made multiple attempts. The installation of my clothes washer went smoothly with no issues. Would definitely recommend them for any appliance repair/installation needs.
