The guys at patriot were very knowledgeable and helpful helping me finish a kitchen remodel. Leo responded to a request right away and helped me install kitchen faucet, disposal and new drain piping before noon the next day. He was very polite and patient providing great communication about timing and expectations for cost break down.
Leo was prompt and professional, he did his best to help us with our clogged drain issue on a holiday. Unfortunately we will have to do a more extensive repair but we really appreciate Leo’s honest opinion and his hard work. He was amazing, he even went into our crawl space to make sure there wasn’t anything he was missing. We will hire Patriot to do the larger fix, will update after.
Update: Leo came and did a bigger fix for us, he is honest and reliable and came on time. Thankful for great professional service.
I had a plumber from a different company come out twice for basically the same issue. When I needed to call a third time I decided to call someone else. From the moment I called Patriot Plumbing and spoke with Jacob, it was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience! Jacob was informative, helpful and quick to schedule me for a service. Even after hanging up the phone, I continued receiving helpful texts/emails about my upcoming service including the name and photograph of the technician that would be coming!
