A's the other guys garage provides efficient and courteous service for a variety of car needs. Customers praise the straightforward pricing and quick turnaround times, with services like smog checks completed in just 15 minutes.
The owner, Abraham, is known for his kindness and helpfulness, always willing to explain repairs in detail. He provides reasonable estimates and has been recognized for going above and beyond, even referring customers to other shops when necessary. For instance, during one customer's urgent car trouble on vacation, he took the time to assist without expecting a sale, which was deeply appreciated.
The garage has earned a strong reputation for excellent customer service. Customers note that Abraham is very knowledgeable and always strives to ensure they leave happy. He is praised for his honesty and ability to save customers money, such as when he diagnosed a liftgate issue that a dealership wanted to charge over $1K for, solving it in less than a day. Though he is often busy, customers feel that the wait is worth it, and they highly recommend his services for anything from an oil change to more complex repairs.
Had my 20 year old F250 truck in to A's the Other Guy's Garage as the AC wasn't very cold anymore. Abraham diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me in a very timely manner. Also pleased with the cost. Will use his shop again for any maintenance needs that arise. Thanks Abe!
Its hard to find honest Car shops these days. Abraham was very knowledgeable, honest, and quick. He took a look at My brakes, rotors, suspension, tires, ext and didnt even charge for His time. Thank You for providing excellent and honest service!
Friendly, professional, and efficient!! I was only scheduled for a simple smog check but he also helped fix a nagging issue on my car (loose splash guard) and I’m so grateful for it!! Didn’t break the bank, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for me beating up my car. Definitely will be back for any regular car maintenance.
