I brought my 3 pets (Bucky, Steve, and Loki) in. The staff were very nice, helpful, and eased my concerns. I took one of my pets in because he was losing fun and I was concerned about a health issue. We went over the general exam, possible things to do next, and future plans when health does decline. Since I went, I stopped losing sleep over the what ifs and have a plan for the future. After I took by first one, same day I set up appointments for my other two so we could have a general checkup. I'll be brining my pets here in the future.
Oakley Veterinary really cares about cats! So many clinics have a focus on dogs. But it was refreshing to bring my 3 patients here, receive exemplary care, not rushed, and focusing on the care. Love the clinic kitties too ☺. Prices are fantastic which is the icing on the cake!
They have a separate entrance for dogs and cats too, to minimize the stress of your pets.
Another endearing practice they have is the candle at the front desk. This truly shows the care and sensitivity of the staff. It says that we if the candle is lit, someone is suffering the loss of their family member.🥺
We are deeply grateful to Dr. Lafferty for her compassionate and expert care. When our rabbit needed a lump removed, she took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure and made us feel at ease every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Lafferty, for your kindness and professionalism. And a special thank you to Alyssa for going the extra mile to care for Bun Bun — your warmth and dedication truly made a difference. 🐇
