Manuel and his team were fantastic, A++ all around. It started with our backyard flooding due to the high volume of rain we were getting. I called around and received a visit and quote within a week. Manuel was very fair compared to other quotes we had received. We agreed on a plan to fix our drainage issues which included: some light landscaping, removing part of our concrete patio and pouring new concrete, and installing some drains and running a pipe to the street. They really did an excellent job and communicated with me every step of the way about what came up or where they were in the process of the job. I couldn't recommend them enough.
We first hired Manuel for to pour our entire backyard cement on a new home with no backyard landscape 13 years ago. We were and still are extremely happy with the end result and over the years it still looks new! For our driveway extension we knew we had to call him again and once again, Manuel and his superb team did not disappoint! The finished driveway extension looks so amazing! Manuel and his lovely wife Laurie were very responsive and on time to all appointments made. We received our estimate which included a architectural drawing with measurements. Estimate was very easy to read and understand. The project was started and ended on schedule as promised. Manuel is very knowledgeable and kept us up to date with findings and recommendations every step of the way including sending us updates/videos throughout the day which was so appreciated since my husband and I worked all the days they were there. Manuel is up to date and knowledgeable of city codes and made sure we stayed within legal limits. Thank you Manuel and the team for the great turnout and for also going above and beyond to fix a few little extras. Totally unexpected but so appreciated. In the end our project ended up costing quite a bit more, which I expected due to the condition of our soil, irrigation, and removal of a few bushes with LOTS OF ROOTS! I received a detailed explanation on paper and Manuel took the time to review every single detail.
