Michelle reached out to me to schedule an appointment and she was very flexible despite my busy schedule. Michelle gave me very clear instructions and texted them to me and told me what to expect. Got my EEG done the same week. It was exactly as she described. I loved how personable she is! Although I was not a patient of Dr. Rick's, he still introduced himself to me cause he over head my conversation with Michelle and he offered resources to make sure that I received the care and help that I needed. He gave me his business card and told me to reach out whenever. I truly appreciate him going the extra mile for me. Kind of bummed out that Dr. Rick and Michelle are so far away - otherwise, I would love to get treated here!“
