These people don't respond to their customers once they been paid, I'm pretty sure you have heat in your home!! I pray my dad doesn't catch pneumonia from the cold inside his house.. Dang, you guys could atleast return the call to inform him to call a professional.

Vigils Heating & Air installed my dad HVAC when he bought his house in 2019 with a 10 year warranty. The heat has stopped and it is cold outside, we definitely feel the snow close by. My dad has called Carlos atleast 10 times when the heat went out and "Before it got this cold" and hasn't gotten a single callback. My elderly Dad, Frank hurts with arthritis, snow is near & it's cold in the house, I spent two nights with him and Its freezing in the house. They could atleast call him back to inform they're not gonna honor their warranty and he should look elsewhere. I don't want my dad to catch pneumonia, my aunt just passed from it last Friday.
