I was a patient of Dr. Patten's for more than 20 years ... now Dr. Boyd. As a matter of human nature, we may resist change but Dr. Boyd and the entire staff are knowledgeable, well versed in everything eyes and so pleasant. Customer service is as good as it can get! The office is current with regard to testing and they get you in and out without making you feel like they are in a hurry.
Best Optometrist I have ever been to. The whole staff is great. Very attentive, almost like being in a room full of family or friends. I always get to my appointments early, and they always take me in early. I have never had to wait. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patten and his staff.
