As my Generac turned 2 years old, it wanted an oil change. The original installer ghosted me, but the Eco Store came through!!!
Levon did a great job, and was very responsive in scheduling the appointment.
Erica has been extremely helpful, being our representative to the county working on all of the aspects of our solar array and greenhouse project. She is attentive, detail oriented, very knowledgeable and sensitive to budget constraints. We could not have done this without her.
Addendum: We also had the wonderful experience working with Levon. We hired an individual to help us erect 2 greenhouses, it took 11 weeks and only one was 80% done. We visited the store, left our contact information, and expressed an interest in a whole-house filtration system. In short order, we received a visit by co-owner Levon. Using his cell phone pictures of various designs, he helped us make a choice. He pointed out the pros and cons of the various designs. He made it very clear how his pricing was under the competition's costs.
Please note that it is our experience that contractors frequently use a "the sky is falling so hurry up and choose the most costly options" approach. LaVon and Erica did quite the opposite!
