Lois is absolutely amazing! I just had a massage and her work is thoroughly healing and wonderfully relaxing. She was able to work through stiffness and stickiness in my neck and shoulders and release tension in my psoas. Lois is deeply knowledgeable about the body and knows how to support you as you let go of the pain and imbalances. I highly recommend her!

I went it due to discomfort in my hips and sciatica in my left leg from lifting. I had one session, where she did cupping and massage; I felt immediate relief and haven't had any additional pain. She taught me how to stand properly and gave me advice how to prevent future pain.
