I met Rosa years ago and have always wanted to get my eye brows micro bladed because I had very thin brows but everybody told me that it hurt. All I can say is yes it hurts but it is so worth it. Not only did I do my brows but I did my permanent eye liner and now I want to do my lips. Rosa is AMAZING, very professional, and takes her time and I am so happy that I met her.Services: Permanent eyeliner
