I had a hole on the inside of my Schott perfecto leather jacket which is high end and I was The first reluctant because it was very important to me and sentimental. They fixed it and not only that lined with with heavy canvas and leather to make sure it’s perfect and he said he has seen me wear it a lot and wants to make sure it’s done right. Lots of attention to detail on everything I’ve brought it and not to mention they are so professional and kind they all are. It’s the little things about this place that makes them really what it’s worth and I respect that. This will be the only service I’ll take my things too including my wife. “I searched for nearby cleaners to get my wedding dress cleaned. Stumbled across this place, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I don’t dry clean ever, but if I ever do, I’m definitely coming back. Great service! After I dropped my dress off, they texted me the same day to provide photos of any pre-damaged holes / tears. I had a long train and our ceremony was outdoors, so it was expected. Once my dress was ready, they notified me it was ready. Once I arrived for pick up, they had my dress hanging and I did a full inspection and it was just like new! My dress was very dirty and it looked in great condition. “I have been using Bubbles Laundromat for several years now. They pick up my clothes
and deliver back the next day. They have been so helpful with me as I get rashes easily and Robert was so kind to order the special laundry soap I use at home for my clothes.
Just recently I had a favorite sweater that I thought there was no hope for so I showed it to Michelle. She took it and worked her magic on it and it's just wonderful now.

I wish I would have taken a before photo of my dress prior to taking it to get cleaned. Alas, I did not haha. You can reference the photo of me and my partner for a somewhat before image…. Notice how my dress hits the floor? Well, you can imagine how dirty it got throughout the night! My boyfriend said the next day, “whoa that is black”

So anyways, I came to Tailormade and asked them if they could hem the dress and then clean it (hopefully it won’t be terribly dirty next time I wear it!). They did such an amazing job! No trace of “black” and I’m so excited to wear it again.

Additionally, Tony is such a kind person and such a pleasure. Their customer service is nothing short of their quality of service.

Here are the deets:
1- Walked in on Monday, they took my measurements and said they’d text when it was ready (by Thursday)
2- dress was ready Wednesday evening!
3- paid when I went in to pick it up Friday. Very affordable- $42 for a hem and cleaning!
