Last month I bought a home in Oak Hills built by Murphy Construction in 2017. I have found numerous problems with plumbing, electrical and tile work due to poor workmanship. My previous 35 year old tract home was built with a higher quality than this "custom home". I have also learned the original owners were involved in a lawsuit against Murphy Construction for problems with this house. If anyone is thinking of having a home built by them do some research first before signing a contract with them. I personally wouldn't let them build me a doghouse!
