Remy has bad Custlomer service, lied and endangered my life. Contact corporate and Regional Manager called but kept saying he couldn't hear me. I texted him next day and he called me and literally called me a liar. I tried to let him know it was 2 days but he kept rudely cutting in.
Awesome car wash, great employees, very helpful. They always have towels stocked ready to use, its rare when they don't but that's when its busy like completely full with cars waiting to dry & vacuum which work like it should all the equipment works great the vacuums the air pistol too. And the same membership from 1 raceway car wash works at the others that's awesome can't say that about any other car wash
They don’t give every customer a wipe trash bag combo for inside the car I guess their is a limit on those per account or level of car wash
Other than that it’s quick but I sometimes have to use my own rags to dry because they have none stocked
