Terrible owner, terrible human being. While threading my eyebrows she was arguing on the phone and I can feel her spit on my forehead from her arguing with such anger. Once she was finished my brows were swollen and uneven. I was so mad because I had been growing them out for months just to have them reshaped. She left me with uneven eyebrows. I don't know if this was the right move on my part but I told her I would only pay her half of what she was charging me. I guess she felt embarrassed became there was one other customer there listening and so she started calling me a bum woman and said she took a chance on me because she had a feeling I'd refuse to pay,... read full review
