Response time was very fast and the technician was so helpful! I explained what the situation was with my son's PS5 and he was fast to assess the machine and let me know how much. Much more affordable than any other place I looked it.

Gave it to Apple for a new battery and they "found something extra" that didn't need fixing. Ended up getting it back and searching for an alternative look. Found him on yelp and man he got it done within an hour or so. He was able to see why it was over heating (just a battery) fans weren't dirty. And we checked the camera and microphone saw nothing was wrong. My battery isn't struggling no more! Safe to say you're in good hands, definitely will get his help with other repairs.

Alonzo was amazing! I called and he responded right away. I needed a new laptop face from an old Lenovo and he fixed within a couple days. It would have been sooner, but he needed to find another provider to find a part since the laptop was dated. If you have a new device, you can expect quick turnaround. I will always call Alonzo for anything tech related - you should too!
