I walked in to get a septum piercing on a Saturday evening. It wasn't busy, there was only one other person and me. You do have to ring a doorbell to get in but I didn't wait too long. The girl who opened the door was the one who did the piercing on me. She was the sweetest. She walked me through the whole thing, I told her that I had a septum piercing previously but I let it close and she warned me that the second time might be more painful. She explained the aftercare perfectly and took her time to make sure it was centered right, especially since my nostrils are small. Just everything about my experience was great.
