But today I had SHI SHI told her of my issues 3 big knots in the both shoulders and right blade plus sciatic was acting up right side... she starts with covering with sheet ? but then the maps out you body with thumbs feeling every muscle group, spinal spacing, muscule tightness along top of body to low back hand on each side of tail bone for uneven low back line. Runs around cheek to mid thigh to both sides of calf to do her own assesment. She takes off sheet and gets to work. Technique was new and was very effective. She pattern mapped the knots for seemless healing. Cracked 2 spots on back with precision of thumbs and quck pressure no pain all gain total mobility where stiffness prevented slightest movment.
